Let me introduce myself...

From an early age, I was curious about the world around me and questioned everything I saw. That attitude led me to study philosophy, and later to my work as a trainer, lecturer, and facilitator for leaders and teams. Today, I support organizations and professionals in approaching the questions and dilemmas they encounter with greater clarity and confidence.
My inspiration comes from the interplay between reflection and practice. Philosophy, ethics, mindfulness, and Gestalt are the guiding threads in my work. They have taught me that good leadership and careful decision-making begin with awareness in the here and now, and that the body is often a better guide than we assume.
In 2022, I founded Kentauros, an initiative that brings together my work in therapy and organizational ethics. The name refers to the Centaur (Greek: Kentauros): a mythical creature that embodies the integration of body and mind, instinct and reflection. Kentauros represents my belief that personal and organizational transformation require both grounded embodiment and ethical awareness.
At the same time, I am deeply aware of the broader context in which organizations and professionals operate. We are not isolated players, but part of complex systems of people, cultures, and nature. Colonialism, war, sexism, racism, and homophobia are not abstract concepts, but realities that continue to shape organizations and their decision-making. And the relationship between economy, climate, and biodiversity shows us that moral choices are inescapable.
Still, I remain an optimist. I believe that by becoming more aware of our values, emotions, and beliefs, we create space for different choices, choices that honor people, organizations, and society as a whole. From this conviction, I have been actively volunteering in the LGBTQIA+ community for many years and contribute to the EAGT Committee on Climate and Biodiversity.
My guiding principle is simple: change always begins with awareness. Awareness of what is happening within yourself, within your team, and within the organization as a whole. From that foundation, I support leaders and teams in facing dilemmas and working step by step toward trust, safety, and sustainable impact.
